$200 worth of trade scrip certificates good for lodging and golf.

Restrictions

Advance reservations must be made and are subject to availability.  Parties making reservations must state that they are redeeming trade scrip before requesting rates or availability.  Room rates will be based on published rack rates.  Special offers or discounts do not apply.  Cannot be combined with any other offer or discount.  Reservations are not automatically guaranteed.  Guest must guarantee late arrival with credit card.  Original trade scrip must be presented at check-in.  No refund or credit from unused portion of this scrip will be given.  Scrip may only be used once and will be retained by the reservation agent.  Trade scrip will be honored for the purchase of lodging and golf only.  Credit card imprint will be taken at check-in.  Taxes, tips, telephone calls and all other goods and services must be paid with cash or credit card at time of check-out.

Trade scrip expires on 12/30/13

Use of trade scrip cannot be extended beyond the expiration date.  Scrip is not replaceable if lost or stolen.  Trade scrip may be used for a maximum of five rooms per night unless arrangements are made with hotel in advance.

Trade scrip will be honored at all times except for three-day US National holiday periods:  ML King Day Jan 18-20, Presidents Day Feb 15-17, Memorial Day May 24-26, Independence Day July 3-6 and Labor Day Aug 30-Sep 1.  Oregon Spring Break Saturdays, the Thanksgiving holiday period Nov 27-30, New Years Eve Dec 31 and Saturday nights during summer high season July 1 through Sep 15.
